💰 Refund Policy – GM Vector Art

At GM Vector Art, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and design services. Since our items are primarily digital and downloadable, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products (EPS, PSD, Mockups, Logos, Templates)

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, due to the nature of digital content.

2. Custom Design Services

  • If you place an order for a custom design (logo, business card, T-shirt design, etc.), you may cancel before work begins for a full refund.

  • If design work has already started, refunds will not be available.

3. Damaged or Corrupted Files

  • In the rare case that a file is corrupted or cannot be opened, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will either:

    • Provide you with a working replacement file, OR

    • Offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

4. Unauthorized Purchases

  • If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, please contact your payment provider (PayPal/Bank) immediately.

  • We are not responsible for charges made without your authorization.
